What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource for inmate, jail, booking, court, and facility information connected to Owen County and Indiana. It does not store official records, control the INjail portal, operate the Owen County Security Center, or speak for any government office.

The site points visitors toward public resources and may connect users with third-party research tools. Indiana public records, including records available under IC 5-14-3, remain controlled by the public office that created or maintains them.

Use Rules

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
• Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decisions from site content.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

No Consumer Reports

Owen County Inmate Population is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports, and its ad partners are not authorized through this site to provide screening services. You agree not to use anything found here for FCRA-covered purposes, including:

• Employment, promotion, discipline, or firing decisions.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
• Credit, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision covered by the FCRA or similar screening laws.

Outside Links

The site links to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, legal resources, federal locators, and outside search services. Those websites are not controlled by Owen County Inmate Population. Their terms, privacy practices, content, fees, and uptime are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is. No promise is made that the information or partner tools will meet any specific need.

• Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
• Error-free, bug-free, or security-flaw-free operation is not guaranteed.
• Partner search results may be incomplete or limited.

Custody status, case events, booking entries, bond conditions, and public-record access can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Owen County Sheriff's Office, the courts, IDOC, or any other agency.
